Broadway's Annual Onesie Day 2018

The new spring term got off to a flying start on Friday 12th January as pupils and staff at Broadway forget about the post-Christmas blues and donned their Onesies for the fifth annual day.  The first special day was held in 2014 and was the brain child of pupil Neve Burrell with ‘fines’ of a tin of soup being collected to support the work of the Salvation Army in Sunderland.

Over 300 tins were collected which brings the total collected this term alone to 1000.  As always a great day was had by all and shoppers at the local Co-op, Costa and Greggs certainly got a shock when they spotted members of the staff team queuing for their lunchtime snack in their bedtime attire!
