Whole School Writing Competition

We have been celebrating 100 years since the end of WW1 in school and would like to invite the children to create a piece of writing to commemorate this.
 
The children can choose which genre they would like to write.
 

  • A letter home to a loved one from ‘The front.’
  • A poem.
  • A report about the war.
  • A diary entry as a soldier.
  • A story about those affected.
